MARION AND TAYLOR COUNTIES HAVE BEEN AWARDED FEDERAL FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY/FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY UNDER THE EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER NATIONAL BOARD PROGRAM.

Marion County has been chosen to receive $33,779 to supplement emergency food and shelter programs in the county.
Taylor County 
has been chosen to receive $8,813 to supplement emergency food and shelter programs in the county.

All applications are due by Noon on August 2, 2019.  Agencies do not have to be a United Way agency to apply.
